The reason we do not accept duplicate sites in the same surf.
This following is just an example:
If you get 300 hits and you have 3 duplicate sites in the same surf (Reg,Manual,or Hover), each site will get 100 hits each. If you have 1 site it will get the full 300 hits! There is no advantage to having a duplicate site in any 1 surf mode. It only makes the database larger for no good reason.
Same goes for banners, there is no advantage to having duplicate banners!
